This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and other tracking tools on the Piccardi Living website (the “Website”).
This notice supplements the Website’s Privacy Policy and is provided pursuant to the applicable legislation on personal data protection and the use of cookies and other tracking tools, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian law.

2. What cookies and tracking tools are

4. Meta Pixel
The Website uses the Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
Meta Pixel makes it possible to collect information about users’ interactions with the Website in order to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns carried out through Meta’s platforms and, depending on the features used and the settings applied, support measurement, attribution and ad personalisation activities.
By way of example, through Meta Pixel information may be collected relating to:

- interactions carried out on the Website;
- source of the visit;
- information about the browser and device;
- IP address and other technical identifiers;
- events configured by the Data Controller on the Website.
The use of Meta Pixel may involve the use of cookies and other identifiers by Meta.

5. Consent to the use of Tracking Tools
Upon first access to the Website, a banner is displayed through which the user can:
accept non-essential Tracking Tools; reject them; or customise their preferences.
Failure to consent to non-essential Tracking Tools does not prevent normal browsing of the Website.
In the absence of consent, only the technical tools necessary for the Website to function are used.
Simply continuing to browse, scrolling the page, or not making a choice does not constitute consent to the use of profiling tools. The Garante expressly states that simple scrolling is not, in itself, suitable to express valid consent.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
The user may change or withdraw at any time the preferences previously expressed through the dedicated cookie preference management tool available on the Website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The Website may use a technical cookie or an equivalent mechanism solely for the purpose of storing the preferences expressed by the user. This tool does not require further consent.
The Garante also indicates that it must be possible to easily change choices made previously.
7. Duration of Tracking Tools

9. Contact forms
The Website provides forms through which users can contact Piccardi Living and request information.

Such processing does not depend on accepting marketing cookies and is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Any refusal of Meta Pixel or other non-essential Tracking Tools therefore does not prevent the user from using the contact forms, except for any technical tools strictly necessary for their operation.
10. Recipients and third parties
Data collected through Tracking Tools may be processed by the Data Controller and, limited to their respective purposes and roles, by the providers of the services used by the Website.
With reference to Meta Pixel, some data may be communicated or made available to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in accordance with the methods provided by the service and the related privacy documentation.
The ways in which Meta processes data received through its services are also governed by the terms and notices prepared by Meta itself.
11. Data transfers to third countries
The use of services provided by entities belonging to international groups may involve the processing or transfer of personal data also outside the European Economic Area.
Where applicable, such transfers must take place in compliance with the conditions and safeguards provided for by the GDPR, on the basis of the mechanisms set out by applicable law.

12. Data subject rights
In the cases provided for by applicable law, the data subject may exercise, vis-à-vis the Data Controller, the rights recognised by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right to:
- obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and access them;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request, where provided for, erasure of data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing in the cases provided for;
- request, where applicable, data portability;
- withdraw at any time the consent previously given.
